“I didn’t really grow up with my dad. I met my dad a couple of times throughout my life. When my mom was pregnant with me, he was in Aerosmith and didn’t want to have anything to do with it. It was pretty much my mom and me; the two of us. I was really mad at him for leaving.”

“When we were out on the field and all those people were in the stands, it was the most surreal.. I.. I walked down into the field and I saw the people and I stop and I just had to stared at them for a few. Because I've never cheered so I've never been on a field for that.”
“I've been in the stands to see it on the field but I had never been on the field and looked up at the fans and it really is such a surreal feeling and.. and that's why I say I say, I mean I missed that on so much not cheering on high school because it's such an amazing feeling.”
Football
“When I went to high school in Albuquerque, there weren’t many sports in my life. My mom and step dad weren’t into sports at all. I was very sheltered from all that. I didn’t grow up going to football games and I didn’t know any football teams. Now I’m a huge fan. I love football. Whenever I’m surfing channels, now that I do understand it, I have that attraction watching. It’s a lot of fun for me now. I get another chance with that, too.”
